Initializing Realm
By accessing or using the L2 Draco private server ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the Service.
L2 Draco is a private Lineage 2 High Five server operated for entertainment purposes. The Service includes access to the game server, website, forums, and any related tools or platforms.
To use the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
You must be at least 13 years of age to create an account.
Each person may register only one master account.
Sharing, selling, or transferring accounts is prohibited.
When using the Service, you agree not to:
Use any third-party software (bots, hacks, exploits) that provides an unfair advantage.
Exploit bugs or glitches. Report them to the administration instead.
Harass, threaten, or abuse other players.
Engage in real-money trading (RMT) of in-game items, accounts, or currency.
Impersonate staff members or other players.
Disrupt the server or other players' experience intentionally.
All in-game items, characters, and currency are virtual property of L2 Draco. You do not own any virtual items. The administration reserves the right to modify, remove, or reset any virtual items or characters at any time.
The administration reserves the right to suspend, ban, or permanently remove any account that violates these Terms or the server rules. Decisions regarding account penalties are at the sole discretion of the administration team.
L2 Draco is provided "as is" without warranty. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Service. The server may be taken offline for maintenance, updates, or other reasons without prior notice.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
L2 Draco and its administration shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, virtual items, or account access.
